About us:

While Sweet Tooth Cakes is a relatively new business, its owner and operator has over 25 years experience as a qualified pastry chef. David began his career in the mid 80's in one of Sydney's 5 star hotels as an apprentice pastry chef and worked his way up progressing to head pastry chef at the Hyatt Kingsgate Hotel's fine dinning restaurant.

It is with this back ground of learning from international pastry chefs that using quality ingredients and presentation can not be compromised.

At Sweet Tooth Cakes we pride ourselves on our ability to produce products that are not only second to none in presentation but more importantly in taste. While speaking to many customers over the years, it has become apparent that the most common complaint heard about purchasing a cake from anywhere, was not its presentation but its taste and freshness.

At Sweet Tooth Cakes we make to order, this guarantees freshness, we use tried and tested recipes with old fashioned raw ingredients. No premixes, no animal fats and most definitely no cheap imitation essences or flavors. This guarantees that your guests will ask for more, not leave half on their plate and say they're full. 

We aim to have repeat customers, possitive word of mouth is the best advertising possible.  This can only be acheived by supplying our customers with a product second to none with exceptional service, freshness and a taste to die for.
